Users may come in via the regular Officiating Learning Center room, asking for assistance with the Coach Learning Center.  In this case, please map them to the correct room.

In the event that we are unable to locate an account for the user in Coach, kindly assist them with navigating to the Coach Learning Center login page where they have the option to sign up.
