Due to the SSO integration with Oracle, it is possible that a few users can have multiple accounts with the same USTA number.
In the event a user (coach) has more than one account with the same USTA number, they will see the following error message when attempting to log in:
"The following error has occurred: Identifier Not Unique.
Please contact your administrator."
To verify this, please search the user by name using the non-Classic View, as it displays the USTA Number column. [see image below]

If this situation occurs, please ask the coach which account they want to keep and set the other account as Removed. Be sure to NOT check the 'Apply to all Sub LearnCenters' box as this should only be for Coach Learning Center. [see image below]

Once you do that, they will no longer see the error message and should be able to log in with the account they wanted to keep.
If for some reason, both accounts have completed courses, please escalate a ticket so we can submit a merge accounts request to the Admins.
