We do have the ability to proxy into Coach Learning Center accounts by resetting the user's passwords to tennis and logging into their account. This should not affect their ability to log into Coach Learning Center as they log in via SSO with their USTA.com accounts.

Please ensure you DO NOT mark the password as expired as we would normally when resetting passwords in Oracle, as this could result in the user not being able to access their 'My Profile' page. This step is important as we don't want to confuse the users into thinking they need to set a password as they log in via SSO.

Note: When proxying into users' accounts we need to ensure we do not make progress or move a course to completion on user's behalf.
