For users wanting to drop their ILT/VILT enrollment (in any category), kindly provide them with the following instructions.

If the user does not see the option to 'Drop' the workshop, refer them to the Coach Team.

To unenroll from a workshop, kindly locate the workshop you want to drop. You should now see a 'Drop' icon located in the same spot that the 'Enroll' icon was when you initially registered.
