When a user enrolls in a USTA Coaching Fundamentals Workshop, we will see on our end that their status is 'Nominated'. It will remain 'Nominated' until the payment goes through and the Coach Education Team approves the enrollment which will then change their status to 'Approved'. 

If you get a user asking about their enrollment/approval status and you see that the status shows as 'Nominated', kindly use the following SR:

I see that you registered for the Coaching Fundamentals Workshop - [INSERT LOCATION OF WORKSHOP] workshop in the Coach Learning Center. Did you receive a confirmation email that contained a link to pay for the workshop?

If you received an email and were able to successfully make the payment, you will need to contact coacheducation@usta.com for an update on your approval status for this workshop.

However, if you have not received the link to make the payment, please let me know and I will escalate a ticket so we can submit it to the Administrators for further assistance.
