the USTA Administrator has requested we send a 'follow-up' email to her regular eSkillz email inbox (jnarey@eskillz.com) instead. 

We can do so by using the 'Forward' feature like we do when we first escalate and instead of copying & pasting both addresses (ustalrcadmin@eskillz.com, jnarey@eskillz.com) we just copy and paste hers.
